Carefully selected Crab and Lobster come from Beer in Devon. Other shellfish include supplies from Dorset Oysters (supplier to Ramsey/ Hix/ Stein), Cornish Mussels (Fowey) and Skate cheeks from boats right here.

In 1934 fishmonger Victor Homyer turned the harbour-side boating shed and former coast-guard station down on Cobb Square in Lyme Regis into The Old Watch House Fresh Fish Shop.
Simon Bennett has run the fishmongers since 2002. Simon says: "Filling the ice cold counter on a daily basis with fine local seafayre is a daily challenge and perfecting our seasonal offerings has taken a lot of trial and error.
