​1991-1998 - From age 18 managed Dad's fish shop in Highcliffe, Dorset.
1998-2001 - Travelled afar.
2001-Today-. Runs Wetfishshop ltd from our seafront HQ in Lyme Regis (see map bottom left).
2013 - Developed wholesale side of business with dived Lyme Scallops and a regular weekly Brixham Market to London run.
Toby Guest: SATURDAY WIZARD.
More of a Pilchard Fiddler than Whipper Snapper, young Toby Guest has been on board for 3 years now and I can only hope he stays for another few but you know how it is when you're young. He still hasn't been travelling and hasn't produced any Toblettes so the world really is his oyster.

General back bone of our company, Plumb can be found out the back in any weather shucking scallops, picking crab and filleting every aquatic desire.

In the game 25 years, no one mucks him about on our daily Brixham jaunts. This vertically challenged fish wizard holds his own, regardless of height.
