Need to brush up on your fish skills?
Throughout Winter, you can pop down and join Simon for an intensive hour of fish training in The Old Watch House at Cobb Harbour in Lyme Regis (DT73JT).
Brush up or expand your seafood knowledge with an hour of intensive training for £17.50 or £30 for 2 people which includes a 20% reduction on any fish purchases you may wish to take home after prepping them yourself.
Courses start at noon and 1pm on Thursdays.
Learn how to dress a Crab, gut a fish, fillet Mackerel and get handy tips on how to fillet a flat fish. Get hands on experience on how to clean a squid and learn the best way to skin a fish.
We cover Scallop shucking and how to open an Oyster properly as well as other invaluable tips!
Limited to 4 people.
Kids (8-12yrs) are free if accompanied by an adult.
